How Much Does a Professional Organiser Cost in the UK? (2026 Guide)
In the UK, professional home organising is usually charged by the hour. At Homefulness, work begins with a minimum session of £290 for the first 3 hours with one organiser (+VAT), and continues at £90 per organiser, per hour (+VAT) thereafter. Every project — from a single wardrobe to a whole home — is billed this way. We're a premium, fully-managed service, and our pricing reflects a level of bespoke detail and finish that goes well beyond a standard tidy.

It starts with an in-home consultation
Every Homefulness project begins with an in-home consultation (£95, up to an hour, +VAT). This is where the bespoke work really starts: we see your space, take measurements, understand how you live, and design around it. We offer phone and video calls too, but they simply can't capture the detail our level of customisation depends on — so the in-home visit is how we work.
Why we charge by the hour
Organising done properly doesn't fit neat fixed quotes. Decluttering, sorting, designing systems, decanting and styling all flow into one another, and every home is different. Charging by the hour means you pay for genuine, focused work tailored to your space — never a rushed template. For larger homes we bring a bigger team: the job is finished in fewer days, though each organiser is billed at the hourly rate, so it's about speed and a seamless experience rather than cutting corners.
Products are part of the service
Beautiful, lasting organisation depends on the right storage, so we manage products end to end. We select pieces specifically for your space, your measurements and your style, present them for your approval, and handle sourcing and delivery — that's the £150 (+VAT) shopping & design fee, included on every project. Products themselves are reimbursed at retail price (RRP), chosen to your budget and preferences. You never have to hunt for storage or guess at sizes; that's our job.
What affects the overall cost
The size and number of rooms — a single wardrobe versus a whole-home transformation

Optional extras such as charity collection of donated items
What you're really paying for
Homefulness sits at the premium end of the market, and deliberately so. You're paying for a fully-managed, white-glove experience: expert organisers, bespoke storage chosen and fitted to your home, meticulous styling, and systems designed so the calm actually lasts. The result isn't a one-off tidy — it's a home that works beautifully every day, and gives you back hours you'd otherwise lose to clutter and admin. For our clients, that transformation is exactly what makes it worth it.
