It differs from a removals service, which transports your belongings but does not plan, declutter, unpack or organise. Our move management services cover London, Cambridge and Northamptonshire, and we travel nationally and internationally for larger relocations.

Our method is as follows:
1. Initial in-house consultation in your current home, to review the volume of your inventory and assess the time needed for our team to declutter and organise everything in your new home
2. Moving company coordination
3. In-house consultation in your new home (ideally) to make all measurements and understand any preferences / specific needs & requests you may have
4. Purchase of containers / storage boxes, in accordance with your budget
5. Unpacking, storage implementation and styling.

Yes, we regularly coordinate with removal teams. We can help you choose a company and organise site surveys. We’ll liaise with them to manage timings, labelling, and box placement so everything runs smoothly on moving day.

That’s the goal. We not only unpack your items, but organise and style each area so your new home feels polished and ready to enjoy from day one. We can even make the beds and fill the fridge!

Absolutely. We can arrange donation collections and coordinate waste removal either as part of your pre-move decluttering or after we’ve fully organised your new home.

Yes. Every project is led by a personal move manager who is your single point of contact from the first consultation to the final walk-through. They build the schedule, liaise with your removals company, supervise moving day, and direct the team unpacking and organising your new home.

Before, wherever time allows. Moving and decluttering work best together: anything you decide not to keep is one less item to pack, move, unpack and store. We run the pre-move declutter with you room by room, arrange donation collections and waste removal, and inventory what remains so it can go straight into place in your new home. Where a move is too short-notice for that, we declutter as we unpack instead.
